I have been attending the adult parkour sessions for about 6 months and cannot recommend them highly enough. Tom and the team are excellent, tailoring each session to everyone's individual needs and abilities. I have learnt new skills and improved my fitness but far more importantly, I have gained confidence and overcome fears.

I started adult parkour classes at Cloud Aerial Arts a couple of months ago, and have really enjoyed it so far. It's a great way to learn the skills required for parkour before taking them outdoors. You'll learn various ways to jump, vault and climb, along with improving your balance and learning tricks such as flips too. Tom is a great teacher - experienced, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I would happily recommend these classes to anyone wanting to get fit away from the gym in a fun and friendly environment.

Tom is a very skilled and patient teacher. His team are also amazing. All children (and adults are welcome) regardless of ability. I have watched both my boys grow and make friendships that extend beyond the lessons. If you are on the fence get yourself down there and learn how to balance and vault over It!�

Project Z has been a fabulous experience for my son Alex (12yrs). Tom has helped him build strength and fitness but most of all confidence and pushing yourself outside your comfort zone. Highly recommend

my 10yr old has been going to Burrs park session for over a year and loves it. an hour in the fresh air...whats not to love for your kids! a non competitive non contact sport. perfect for the boy who doesnt like football etc coaches are great with the kids .
