Tom Redfern

Meet the Director and Head Coach of Project Z Parkour.
Tom has been training parkour since 2010 after becoming enchanted by the sport during college.
He began coaching parkour in 2015 and established Project Z Parkour in 2016.

Ben Fielding
Ben began his parkour training at our Friday nights adults parkour classes in 2019.
In 2021 Ben began coaching with us and has since become an invaluable member of our coaching team.

Charlie Farrow

Charlie is one of our enthusiastic young learners who volunteers at our Saturday morning classes.
Interested in becoming a parkour coach once he is old enough to take his coaching qualifications, he is shadowing and assisting our Stockport classes to gain experience.
Charlie intends to take his Level 1 coaching qualification when he turns 16.

McKenzie Connor-Williams
McKenzie has been attending our classes since 2017 and has grown up to become a very capable parkour practitioner.
McKenzie has been volunteering at our Sunday morning classes for the past few months. Once he turns 16 McKenzie plans to take his coaching qualifications armed with the experience he has gained from his volunteering.
McKenzie intends to take his Level 1 coaching qualification when he turns 16.
