Climb Up Challenge

The climb up challenge is nice and simple: How many “climb ups” or “wall muscle ups” can you do in 10 minutes?

A “climb up” or  “wall muscle up” is a technique used to climb up a flat faced wall starting from a “cat hang” position and pulling yourself up into a “waist cat” position.

This challenge must be attempted on a flat faced wall, with a flat top ledge (no over hang or bar)
