Parkour for Schools
Transforming their world into a playground,
and giving them the confidence and skills to enjoy it.

Parkour for Schools
Parkour is, at its core, learning to move with obstacles. We use movement to turn challenges into opportunities. For children and young people, that means more than just physical activity. It builds confidence, sharpens focus, and develops real-world skills like risk awareness, resilience, and emotional regulation, all while keeping them fully engaged (which, let’s be honest, is half the battle).
At Project Z, we work closely with schools across Salford and Greater Manchester to deliver parkour in a way that fits your students, your space, and your goals. Whether it’s supporting your PE curriculum, rewarding students, or giving those who don’t connect with traditional sports a place to thrive, we adapt to you. Below are some of the services we offer most often. If you’ve got something else in mind, reach out using the form and we’ll find a way to make it work.

Elevate Curriculum
This is our flagship offer for schools. A structured, high-impact introduction to parkour built around Level 1 of our Elevate syllabus. Designed for KS2, KS3, and KS4, the programme fits neatly into a single term, giving students enough time to build real skills and earn something to show for it. By the end, students will have developed the foundations of vaulting, jumping, landing, and climbing, alongside a base level of fitness needed to move well and move safely. They'll do this while working towards achieving their Elevate Level 1 certificate. And if they continue with us at the Academy? They’re already ahead of the game.
Using a constraints-based approach, students develop skills through exploration, problem-solving, and guided challenges rather than rigid instruction. Each session is built around key themes like play, determination, creativity, how to fail (properly), and resilience, because those are the things that actually stick. It’s engaging, it’s challenging, and it reaches the students that other sports often miss. If you’re looking to bring something different (and genuinely valuable) into your school, this is it. Academy Visits
prices from £100 per session
Bring your students to the Project Z Academy in Salford and give them a reward trip they’ll actually talk about afterwards. Our visits offer fully structured parkour workshops led by our Parkour UK qualified coaches, using all of our bespoke equipment to create a high-energy, immersive experience that goes way beyond what’s possible in a school hall. It’s the same skill-building, confidence-boosting approach, just turned up a notch in a purpose-built environment.
For groups who’ve already completed Level 1 of our Elevate syllabus, we can also offer supervised open training sessions. That means students get the freedom to explore, train, and apply their skills in the space, with our team keeping things safe and running smoothly. Visits can be linked to our Elevate Curriculum programme or delivered as one-off sessions, making them perfect for rewards days, enrichment trips, or just giving students something genuinely different to get stuck into.

Teacher Training
prices from £200 per workshop
For schools that want to bring parkour into their own PE lessons, we offer bespoke teacher training designed to build confidence, understanding, and practical delivery skills. This gives your staff the tools to safely and effectively teach parkour in-house, not just watch it being delivered by our coaches.
For a more complete pathway, we also deliver the Parkour UK Level 1 Coaching Qualification. A nationally recognised, entry-level coaching award from the governing body. This includes structured learning modules, practical delivery guidance, and resources that give your school everything needed to confidently introduce parkour into the curriculum. The course is fully adaptable to your timetable, delivered either as an intensive one-day training or spread across multiple sessions to fit around school schedules.
