How Our Parties Work
Our incredible Project Z Academy coaches create an unforgettable party experience for you and your friends. Here is what to expect from your big day!
Group Warm-Up
Our coaches make sure everyone is warmed up and ready for action before taking on the park.
Mini Parkour Lesson
The coaches lead a small sample of a parkour lesson ensuring all participants are familiar with our obstacles and can use them safely.
Parkour Games
Use the new skills you have just learned in a variety of parkour games facilitated by our coaches.
Customised Content
Warm-ups, mini lessons and parkour games are all crafted with care by our coaches to be suitable for the age and abilities of the group.
Party Area
Take control of our party area with our tables and chairs to supply food and party snacks that you have brought or ordered in.
Lifelong Memories
Create memories that will last a lifetime by doing something different, exciting and inclusive for your child's party this year.

We cannot rate Project Z Academy highly enough! We first discovered it when my eldest had a parkour party with Tom for his 7th birthday - it was something a bit different, and he was instantly hooked. Fast forward to today, he’s 14 and more passionate than ever. Now, all three of my sons have been attending classes with Tom and Ben for years and they absolutely love it. The coaches are incredible - encouraging, skilled and great with the kids.
Party Policies
We’re so excited to host your child’s parkour party! To make sure everyone has a safe and fun time, please take a moment to read our simple guidelines:

1. Follow Our Gym Rules
For everyone’s safety, all children must follow our gym rules. If rules aren’t followed, we may have to ask participants to leave, and unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

2. Waivers
Every child needs a signed parent/guardian waiver before taking part. We cannot accept forms from friends or relatives.
​
3. Party Over Time
We aim to keep parties running on schedule so everyone can enjoy their time. An additional charge will be applied if your party runs over your allotted time:

15 minutes: £25 extra

30 minutes: £60 extra
Please be mindful of our coaches’ time and the parties booked after yours.

4. Extra Participants
If more children join than you originally booked, we will need to take the additional payment of £25 per child before the party begins.
​
5. Young Children
Kids under 4 must have a parent with them on the parkour area. Parent chaperones don’t count toward the participant limit.
​
6. Cleaning Fee
Parties should leave our gym tidy. If there’s extra mess (food fights, spills, etc.), a £50 cleaning fee may apply.

7. Payment
Your deposit secures your party date and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Cancellations

More than 7 days’ notice: full account credit

Within 7 days: 50% cancellation fee
